"Mr. Jeff Langley, I still have until July 22 ,2024 to file suit in civil court.. I recommend for everyone that has insurance with this agent to check edrives every time you drive your car by to make sure you are insured. On July 22,2022 8:35am was on my way home from automotive parts store so I could get my equipment and go to work. I passed a Polk county sheriff car sitting on side of the highway and he pulled me over for not being insured. I made all payments and never late. The six months before that I paid them in full for 2 vehicles. They were sending me bills for more money and for some reason I paid them. Truck was impounded and also received ticket for no insurance. I had to walk home 7 miles in a very hot morning. I had to pay $240 to get my truck out of impound.Started looking at my paperwork and this company had two policies on my other vehicle. Jeff Langley still has not today admitted fault. It took me 6 weeks to get my $240 back in a check that stated overpayment on policy. The ticket was dismissed because of the work that Josh put into it. Josh was the one he fired, and Jeff even blamed it on me. I changed back to farmers insurance and State Farm sent me a email stating that they owed me my premiums back. Didn’t receive it and called Jeff and he stated that he worked many hours on trying to get it straightened out and I would not receive that money. And then stated I owed him money. I know he is a salesman and I don’t think he treated me with any professional agent and told me to never call him again. Be careful with your coverage."

"Jeff,  While I always appreciate feedback, I am confused as to why you’re now leaving my business a one star review based on something that happened almost two years ago (and taking the time to write it on Easter Sunday no less). Regardless, I am happy to reply, especially since you made several false statements. To begin, you called my office repeatedly in one day, spoke to almost every agent in my office, and gave every one of them conflicting and inconsistent information about what vehicles you wanted insured. You would call and tell one person you wanted XYZ vehicle insured, then call back and tell another person to cancel that. It takes the system time to process all those changes and errors, so that is where the confusion regarding which vehicles you actually needed insured stems from. Contrary to what you stated, I did apologize to you for the situation. In fact, I’m not sure what you mean by “all the work Josh did,” because I am the one who personally called the tag office and got your ticket dismissed. Yet another false claim you made is that I fired Josh - he actually left to pick back up his previous career and I was very happy for him. As you pointed out, I am indeed a salesman - I enjoy my profession very much and am happy to work out issues like this as they come up. I spoke to you directly about this situation in 2022, and you have not had any interactions with our office since that time. I never want anyone to have a negative experience with my office, so I apologize for that. Good luck to you and happy Easter!"

"I never thought I’d be leaving a five star review for an insurance company, but Jeff Langley has been absolutely wonderful. Anytime we’ve had to deal with anything insurance related, he has made the process so easy and worry free. He has gone above and beyond to make sure we are taking advantage of any discounts available to us. Every time we’ve contacted him, he’s always been very responsive. "So I’ve had State Farm for about 2 or 3 years now. This review is strictly for the wonder people that work with Jeff Langley. Disclaimer your insurance agent does not have control over rates! Do not blame them if you are not satisfied with yours! I have a teenaged male driver (my son) on my policy and my rates are…well I could buy a small village in Costa Rica for what I pay. I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with the wonderful people at Jeff Langley’s State Farm. I call them almost quarterly. They always answer my questions and if they don’t know they say they don’t know and will ask someone else in the office and always, I mean always get right back to me same day! Alexis P. Is a gem! She’s become my new favorite person! Just interacted with her yesterday. I sent a message via the app that my rate went up again, she called me back within the hour. Alexis answered my question about that in-depth, my sons vehicle was in a wreck and is not drivable; she wasn’t sure how to remedy that, but it took her less than 2 minutes to find out and get back to me. For the savings and maybe I could use a defensive driving course, she suggested that and even had a discount code. I finished the course today and she emailed me today to advise she would be applying the discount to my policy. She and everyone here go the extra mile! (I know, I've spoken to Everyone there…LOL). They can't control the cost of your policy or how long it takes STATE FARM to resolve a claim, but they can and do look for ways to save you money and the CUSTOMER SERVICE is TOP-TIER! Thank you Everyone at Jeff Langley's!!!!"

"I would rate this zero stars if I could. While Jeff was fine in getting us set up, State Farm is the ABSOLUTE WORST insurance company if you need to file a claim. Had a hail storm in out neighborhood and have easily documented damage that 2 separate roofing companies said was very severe and that they would have no problems. After getting nothing but denied claims (which hurt your ability to get coverage elsewhere) or ridiculous quotes to ‘patch’ repairs for $80 effing bucks it became clear we had a terrible company providing needed coverage. Lastly, we were outside getting the mail and a roofing company was coming through trying to get business and we mentioned we had State Farm and he smiled and said he was very sorry and slowly walked away. STATE FARM IS TERRIBLE. DO NOT GET COVERAGE FROM THEM AS THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES."

There are often discrepancies among roofers as to whether or not a roof is repairable, but from an insurance standpoint the opinion of the adjuster is what matters when dealing with a claim. In this case, it was determined that your roof was repairable. Please note that while I am happy to assist with claims and act as an intermediary, I am not the one who makes those decisions. -Jeff"

"It was a pleasure working with Andy and Alexis on my new policy. Andy made everything a breeze communicating with me through email until we were ready to finalize everything. That, in itself, made me comfortable as I'm not a fan of phone conversations. Alexis then made sure she followed up to address anything Andy might have left out, which he didn't, by the way. The communication from them was great, and I hope this is the start of a longstanding relationship with State Farm."

"Switched over the State Farm back in 2020 best decision I made when it comes to insurance! I purchased a new vehicle last year and switching my insurance over to cover the new vehicle was seamless. Each time I need to make changes to any of my policies it’s always easy and not to mention everyone I speak to is always delightful :)"
